Mutirão de Empregos Sorocaba – Edição especial “Mês da Mulher” reúne mais de 1,5 mil vagas de trabalho – Agência de Notícias

A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria de Relações do Trabalho e Qualificação Profissional (Sert), com o apoio da Secretaria de Governo (Segov), Secretaria de Comunicação (Secom) e do Parque Tecnológico (PTS), realizou, nesta terça-feira (26), o Mutirão de Empregos Sorocaba – Edição especial “Mês da Mulher”. O evento, realizado no PTS, reuniu mais de 1,5 mil oportunidades de trabalho para mais de 900 candidatos.
As pessoas atendidas foram encaminhadas para entrevistas a vagas de emprego no próprio local, além de outros participantes que já saíram do evento contratados. Também foram oferecidas vagas de emprego via Posto de Atendimento ao Trabalhador (PAT), agências de recrutamento e seleção e empresas presentes, que somaram 43 participantes da ação. Ainda, a Uniten prosseguiu com inscrições para diversas vagas de cursos profissionalizantes, totalmente gratuitos, assim como o Sebrae Sorocaba.
Durante o evento, os participantes puderam prestigiar uma palestra com o tema “Viva PoderosaMente”, da proprietária da StarMais Consultoria e Coaching, Ana Paula Sikowski, que atua com desenvolvimento humano, expertise em empresas de grande porte com vivência e gestão de grandes equipes.
A administradora de empresas Fernanda Aiko Naito, de 42 anos, está há dois anos fora do mercado de trabalho. Para ela, ser uma das primeiras a receber um encaminhamento para entrevista de emprego é avançar um grande passo. “Foi um momento emocionante, pois conseguirei retornar à área administrativa. Me sinto muito feliz e esperançosa”, disse.
Já Odair Rodrigues Lima, de 52 anos, conseguiu encaminhamento para vaga de emprego após ficar cinco meses fora do mercado de trabalho. “Eu que sou pai de família e precisa levar o sustento para o nosso lar precisa trabalhar sempre. Vou encaminhar meu currículo para a vaga assim como a equipe do PAT me orientou”, relata.
O “Mutirão de Empregos”, programa criado na atual Gestão, chegou à sua 25ª edição em março. Trata-se de um evento que ocorre mensalmente e já encaminhou mais de 30 mil pessoas para vagas de empregos, sendo um facilitador àqueles que buscam uma oportunidade de trabalho ou estágio, por meio de parceria com agências de recrutamento e seleção, empresas e o próprio Posto de Atendimento ao Trabalhador, ligado à Sert.
